Our Sales Rep / Finder's Function
(Telemarketing..Cold Calling, Emailing Etc. ) Like any Sales Force / Finders out there..their function is to tell others about us..what we do and what we offer and create an interest in our product.
They are not really selling anything..why I refer to them as Finders / Sales Rep and pay a Finder’s Fee. Finder’s Fees are Internationally known and accepted in many Business Categories Worldwide.
What They Do
They tell people about us, our returns and profits, and the potential compared with current returns / investments / profits. Our Sales Reps / Finders also act as liaison between their customer / client and us.
If the Sales Rep / Finder does not wish to maintain that relationship with the customer, that is fine. We will handle that function for them.
Funds and Customer Control
No Money Handling
No Money is directly or indirectly handled by any Sales Rep / Finder working on our behalf.
No Investment Decisions
No Sales Rep / Finder has any control to funds nor does he/she make any investment decision pertaining to those customer's funds.
The Sales Rep / Finder's goal is to tell others about us, create an interest by exposing others to what we offer, and handle preliminary details bridging their customer and us so we can consummate a deal that everyone is happy with.
Any Agreement, verbal or written, will always be between their Customer and Samuel J Sarullo directly. Any funds will always be handled by their Customer directly under our auspices as they lease our software, or by us directly if we form some type of Agreement such as a Partnership Agreement.
Commission / Compensation
Our payout for a Sales Rep / Finder is based on the business they bring in and is detailed in the Finder's Agreement.

| 10% commission | 10% of our share of profits going forward, as we are paid our share of profits, from a customer source that leases our EA on a Profit Split basis, for as long as they lease our software. |
| 10% of Initial Seed Funds | Paid upon receiving Seed Funds for starting a Forex Investment Company. |
| Additional venture compensation | Additional compensation may apply for efforts obtaining Seed Funds for similar ventures, including an equity position in the company in the form of stock. |
Who Is a Prospect?
Because of our flexibility, Every Person, Public or Private Company, Hedge Fund, Asset Management Company, Pension Fund, Church Pension Funds and any Investor seeking a higher return or higher income from their investments is a prospect when they work for us.
Even their neighbor — everyone seeks to profit from investments or seeks investment income.
